"Lack of visitors to SF?"

Seems like a few years ago, SF was the place for touring ladies. Nowadays, the 'good' ones NEVER come to SF.

Is there a reason ladies stay in surrounding areas versus Union Square?

I see a lot of ladies I'd call, but they are just so far away. Maybe I'm spoiled but I'm not going to drive to Livermore to see a provider.

Can anyone shed some light on why we don't see the same quality these days?

Too much local competition is all I can come up with...strip clubs, AMPs and SWs have their own scenes but I can't be the only one waiting for good providers to get out of San Jose and Walnut Creek and pay SF a visit, right?

Yeah, everybody's figured out how cheap the customers are here so there's no money to bother with, the high cost of travel, the high cost of hotels..I mean the SFPD won't even bother with sting operations in hotels because their decoys hardly get any calls. So you know when the police aren't making their quota...

http://www.sfweekly.com/2010-06-16/news/stung/5/

Last summer, the police did conduct a number of Internet stings. According to arrest records, these stings picked up only two men with Latino names in roughly a dozen arrests — a much smaller proportion than the 60 percent of street-level arrests.

close your eyes and pretend I'm a girl.

I think people avoid SF because most clients do not live in SF and come in from surrounding area, they are usually nervous about coming to the city ( I have no clue) They mention traffic, difficult navigating through one way streets or finding parking. ( I guess they do not know about Sutter/Stockton, 5th and Mission and O'farrel and Mason) Or how easy it is to find parking near Polk street between 6-7pm.

There are SF hobbyists but they are few and far in between.

I think the wonderful thing about SF is that there are many amazing local women who work in different neighborhoods beside downtown.

We take muni or even walk to hobby.

I have no problem if women stay away from SF, there always will be neighborhood ladies and that way we keep things low key.

I think you've got it right, Po. SF is one of the easier big cities to get to and get around in. It's much more convenient to schedule a provider into your daily routine by visiting a lady in The City than it is to spend an additional two hours on the freeway to get to SFO or visit someone in the burbs.

You hear Union Square mentioned a lot, but I've found it easy to get to and park in areas like Japantown and South Beach -- though taking the Muni, a cab, or walking often works just as well.

Well I see where guys say when polls are done that the city is not as desirable due to limited parking. They usually ask the ladies to either stay in cities close to the city or closer to the Airport area.

Other ladies say they don't get enough business to make a trip to SF worth their time. Pre-booking is iffy at best so they continue to frequent areas where they have regulars, more interest and most likely more income. I was always under the assumption that alot of guys work in the city but don't actually live there. So they follow the money.....

You can always send the lady you are interested in a short Inbox stating that you are in SF , and that she could contact you if she comes to the area. Maybe she can add it to her tour schedule.

All good feedback. Thank you all.

Parking...really? Its a pretty lame excuse IMO. Shoot, take BART if parking is such an issue.

There's a handful of girls I keep an eye on but it just amazes me that SF is so undesirable they choose to avoid it completely. I guess the bad apples in SF really messed things up.

Does Livermore really have that many mongers to warrant weekly trips??

However, I can't argue...they follow the $$$.

Maybe you don't know but parking is usually a hassle in SF unless you really know the city, street parking is hard to find unless you arrive around 6PM when the meters stop and more spaces open up and garage parking/valet parking is expensive, I had a parking garage quote me $45 to park my SUV once when their rates were normally $12 (so even if it took up 2 full spaces, it was a rip off!). Traffic on the bridges & streets are always a hassle so it takes up more time. If the guys are seeing the ladies in the evening, there are some areas that they would rather not walk through to get to & from BART for their safety. So when you add up the bridge tolls, parking fees, extra gas, etc plus that many ladies charge top dollar when they stay in the city, many guys will pass and rather see them in places like Livermore, SFO, San Jose or anyplace other than SF. Union Square may be nice to visit for the ladies to be in the center of the action but it is a hassle for the guys to visit them there. If the ladies do some research, I have seen some ladies at nice hotels in SF where using BART was very easy & safe or where parking was easy & not a problem.

Maybe a few of you SF guys could write a hobbyist guide to parking in the city, which could become an anchored thread here or in the support forum. I for one hate driving in the city, I always get lost, or can’t find a place to park, and sometime even get trapped in traffic. Maybe you could also pass on a few tricks of the trade for hobbying (I mean driving the paths of least resistance) in SF.

>Maybe a few of you SF guys could write a hobbyist guide to parking in the city..

and why would I do that? I am not the one who is worried about the lack of providers in SF... I know enough amazing local women to meet in SF.

Hobbyist map of SF is already available and it is called downtown map of SF. I posted the three convenient parking lots in the previous post.

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=downtown+san+francisco+map&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=San+Francisco,+CA&gl=us&ei=OZpjTJbdCJLSsAODwPjbBw&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=image&resnum=1&ved=0CB0Q8gEwAA

If you can't deal with it, I guess you should visit SFO.

bummer! i was hoping our fine shopping establishments might lure a few hotties

also, are hotels really that expensive in comparison to say...san jose? doesn't look like it to me.

I have booked decent rooms (3/4 star) hotels through one of the many travel sites for $50-$100 over the years.

i'll tell you this...the next hot, well reviewed mega-busty chick that stays in the Union Square area will get a visit from me!

yeah i'm looking for the Alaura Manning, Jenny Boobbanger and Lucious Liah types!

One can still wish...right?

I was out recently when I needed to call a lady (you know the feeling). When she answered, sadly for me over here in the valley, she said she was in SF.
She said things were so slow in the valley, but hopping for her in SF. So you guys really must be itching for touring ladies. She's still not back, damn it.

There are tons of hotels in SF. My preference would be Union Square area or even at the edge of Union Square such as Parc55. Let me know if you decide to come to SF.

wow, i am glad i found this post, and it's not just me. i have to wholeheartedly agree. its been months for me, and not due to a lack of looking. it's just a sea of blah or no reviews or the worst, outcall only and no reviews. though i am new, i was hoping to find someone to visit regularly. of all the reasons to quit (getting caught, too much money, law enforcement, all other risks), who knew it was going to be the lack of quality of my own personal standards, at least compared with areas outside of the city. only other option is to take some long drives, but alas, i hate traffic more.

I am very lucky that i have been around for a while and have a set regulars to help and a permanent incall. It is a very expensive city to work out of when it is a slow months. For a woman to work in the city she has to make a certain amount to make it worth it or she might as well call it a vacation not paid. The are a lot of providers complaining it is slow lately. Yes guys will try to haggle over here and than it would be slow which if she takes the few guys who call she it doing it for almost free. So the girls are going to go where the overhead is lower. SF is good when it is good but it can be slow and a provider can risk a lot of money she might not have just to work to, In this economy it is a big gamble. Plus not to mention there can be a lot of flakes and people late due to the traffic and trouble parking. I have been here a while so i know where the garages are and when you can park. Most of my clients work here and take bart anyway.

OXOXOXO

Angel

Angel, I completely agree that most girls who are succesfull in SF have established many regulars. It seems to me, to do well in the city you need to be here on a consistent basis. I work a few days a week in the Union Square/Financial District area and remain pretty busy with my regulars or "new friends". I guess I'm fortunate

It has been slower than usual the past three weeks..maybe the weather?

The funny thing is, I've tried working in SFO and the east bay to be in the opposite situation of what the girls are saying here. I always end up wishing I'd stayed in SF because it's so slow for me.

Have a good afternoon everyone!

There are enough ladies who visit SF to keep me busy and my favorites always let me know when they're in town. Even if there weren't I go to enough parties outside SF to see the ladies who don't come through SF. Parking has never been a problem as I hobby after hours anyway. As far as SF being more expensive for the ladies there's always priceline/orbitz. What I won't do is pay the increased rate some visiting ladies seem to have over their regular rates.
