Have not personally talked to very many of the girls so do not know what they all say. But I do know that many of them are hurting due to lack of higher paying clients. Be prepared to offer the same services for less money and make it up on volume. Seems to be what many are doing. Still see the same girls out on Post and Larkin every night and very rarely do I see any of them get picked up. But that was the same before the economy tanked too so not sure it that is significant. Not sure how they survive but they are still around,. still dressed very nice, and still on the corner. I believe a number of them have "real" jobs that cover their basic expenses.

Come to Divas and chat with the girls to hear it straight from their own experience.

I was a little confused when I first read your initial post but I had a feeling you were talking about a female to male (ftm) transsexual. I've never heard of ftm "working" boys so I don't know if there's a market for them or not. There is a ftm support group that meets every Wednesday night in SF's Castro District if he's interested.
