My question is, is the fleet enema the best approach?? You hear comments from all sides on this stuff.

My solution is a Starbucks or similar one-hole public bathroom with paper products near where I am going to be. I buy fleets in six packs....CVS and other pharmacies have them. The first wash with the fleets- saline may be somewhat irritating. However since you can reuse the fleets bottle with warm water; continue to wash until fully clear water is eliminated upon evacuation. Again I use the sink.

Now step two: wash yourself off. Generally I recommend washing with a litely soaped paper towel ...penis first and then your ano-rectal area. I then have about 10 pre-soaked paper towels to clean off the soap. Then dry your naughty bits off with more paper towels.

I will then clean the restroom of any water on the floor, toilet seat etc.

So now you are squeaky clean, smell good down there ( I do hope you shower and change your underwear daily)....this will generally give a girl a sense of confidence that you are a genuinely clean and respectful person.

Admittedly I wasn't clear on this whole bottom cleansing thing when I began. As a straight man engaging in purely hetero sex for 20 plus years my partners and I never practiced anal intercourse enough to really figure this stuff out. My good friend Jasmine Mooorea taught me this....I was both amzed and a little embarrassed that I hadn't thought of it before, and no other girl had ever shared this with me.

Just like hetero sex, making love to a transgender woman is an art and just as we had to learn and figure things out in our first early sexual experiences, the same holds true for becoming a good lover with Transgender women.

Sounds like a lot, but actually usually only takes 10 mins to wash inside and out once you have done it a couple of times.. Other hints: depending upon your stool consistancy you can take a hardening agent a few hour ahead if you don't wish to watch your diet. Additionally people's fecal transit time may vary from 8-24 hours....for me I often am impulsive and don't get that much lead time to plan meal changes. Immodium ( 1-4 tabs) can harden colonic stool and slow intestinal peristalsis ( time thru colon) such that your rectal cleanse will get everything out of the lower colon and rectum that might stink up your session.

Don't sweat a small amount of leakage. This is after all Butt-sex ( fudge-packing as another dear friend has recently termed it)....the higher end tub/shower systems would be my first preference if I lived alone and if I wasn't usually slipping away from work.
