"Playboy Parties?"
 
   Has anyone ever been to a Playboy party?

I was thinking of hitting this one up in San Digeo Halloween weekend.

They're extremely crowded but fairly tame hotel parties where you either bring your own fun or find some if you have game. Great for finding hot eye candy and seeing the occasional naughty situation though hotel security won't allow overt sex to take place for long. Not as good as the old SF Erotic Exotic Balls.

   Yes - IMHO, the only "real" Playboy parties are the ones at the Playboy mansion; however, the mansion parties open to the general public tend to be much, much more expensive (essentially catering to high-rollers). High-end escorts can provide equal quality, for much better value (cutting out the middleman - sorry Hef).

   I dated a playboy bunny about 30 some years ago. It was a great set up. I saw her Mon-Thursday and she worked the weekends at the mansion. So I was off for the weekend to party with or wherever I wanted. I asked about going ONCE and was told absolutly no way in hell I would ever get in. If you are not some rockstar, athelete, movie star, or politician you aint gettin in. Times may have changed, but I doubt they have changed much in that reagrd.

Not quite that tame as you'd wanna portray for these guys. Its basically a Hard Rock - Rehab Party(wanna-be), on land.
Full of pretencious assholes, both guys and girls.
If I was that age again, I'd prolly go postal on all of em!

For the past decade or so, the recurring theme for kids these days is the extended versions of spring-break. Somthing thats been sacred thru the ages has finally jumped the shark. Im old school, and I think its sacriligious how a timely tradition has been brought out into a daily grind...

I dont know where half of these kids are getting their money to finance these sex orgies nowadays. Mom and dad?

   Is this really a Playboy party? I know Club Rubber is a promoter based in southern CA. I've been to parties they've thrown there and in Vegas before. They definitely attract a ton of hot women, but I'm not certain it'll live up to the hype of a true Playboy mansion party.

   Little late on this reply... I've been to a private party at the LA Mansion and although it was fun, it wasn't as wild as one would think. They had a number of the bunnies there and Hef did his appearance with a few women in tow. There was some hanky panky going on in the grotto rooms and lots of hot women (with the usual LA cosmetic surgery to the max girls). I brought a female guest with me so was guaranteed to get lucky that night, but would have had to really work it otherwise, although I do know a couple of guys that had some fun with female attendees in the grotto.

These club parties and offsite events are usually just sanctioned/licensed by Playboy and will have some bunnies there along with PB marketing stuff, so just really a PR stunt by the club more than anything to get people to come.

   I would like to echo lqqkn4ahummer on this one. I went to a "benefit" party at the Mansion with a group of guys once. It was $10K for a table. We got a our own playmate as our host, and she was adorable and hot as you would expect. And I hung out with Eva Longoria for a while, which was pretty cool. There was incredible eye candy all over the place. Not too much action though. Some very late in the grotto, but man you gotta have some good game to work those girls. So if you're good-looking, in your 20's, and have great game, you can get action. Then again, if you qualify for all that, you don't need to go to the Playboy Mansion to hang with this caliber of women. If you want action, your dollar will go a ton further with other options on this board. On the other hand, it's a great way to experience a "slice of Americana" for one night....
