The Lombard Motor Inn located at Lombard & Van Ness. Has its own covered parking. Also parking is on different floor than office with elevator that will take you directly to your floor. Good clean motel.

There is a travellodge on Polk and Ellis. Rooms are fairly clean (smoking rooms not as clean).

White Swan Inn & Petite Auberge. These are two B&B's that are next to each other on Bush Street just a few blocks up from Union Square. Reasonable rates, good location, many of the rooms have fireplaces, breakfast is included, they will park your car (for a fee). Highly recomend.
