   My ATF wears high heels entire session.
Regardless of thong, bra, lingeries or naked, high heels make lot of differences: sexy + whorely.

I don't have any specific item(s) but would happy as long as what she was wearing was sexy and worked for her. For example, tight jeans and a halter is great on some but might not work for others.

   Let me say that I don't care so much what she is wearing when we start as I care what she is not wearing when we finish.

Too many variables to this answer. Some providers meet you at the outside door, some at their door, a few want to meet you in a neutral site first. Obviously how they dress in each of these scenarios will vary.

   I mostly like street clothes with almost anything underneath, but not nothing underneath. For me, this heightens the mystery and sensuality.

crotchless undies

It varies depending on her body type, hair style,personality etc..
For me first importantly is that she's squeaky clean & mint fresh.
Of course these are added pluses but if she's not the first 2, the rest becomes a turn off.

   Oralio: I wanted this poll to contain what appear to be practical alternatives for a first visit. I’d be willing to bet that, given the choice, we’d probably all prefer that the RA be naked. But I think that this is very unlikely to happen (ref. NiceMikey’s remarks). If nudity was a practical alternative for the RA’s opening the door to a stranger, then there would be no need for a poll!

Arbiez: Being greeted by a towel-clad RA is an excellent choice! If I’d thought of it, it certainly would have been included.

Everysteady: The only other likely choice that occurred to me was the RA wearing only a raincoat. I guess that that shows that my imagination is somewhat limited.

For me, what the RA is wearing when she greets you at the door for the initial visit makes a difference. This poll is proving to be a real education. Thanks to all for participating.
