There is an economic problem with male prostitutes, which is that they can only come, what, two or three times a day, max. A woman can fuck 20 guys and not break a sweat.

   Just a few thoughts on this:
I'm curious if this business model will work. I imagine they would have to be Chippendale quality studs who are well versed in the art of pleasing a woman. As one of the posters already mentioned, he just has to make the paying customer happy. If he is able to hold back and not come, he may be able to service more than three clients a day. If he were able to maintain this pace, I imagine that at one point, he may develop a serious case of blue balls. And I'm pretty damn sure that Viagra would be a staple for the male provider. IMHO, the novelty is the lure here. Whether that will translate into a staple will remain to be seen.

I can't cite any studies to prove this, but I am relatively certain that if a woman truly wanted to get laid, all she has to do is go to a bar or other social gathering and send out subtle signals- like sitting by herself as she orders a drink. Hell, if she were up to it, she can even make some $$ out of it. What a concept.

One thing that surprises me is that the madam quotes her clients paying $300 for a session. Out of curiosity, a few years ago, I checked out the brothels in Vegas and Reno areas. And the prices quoted were way out of the $300 range. Ever since the Mustang properties closed, the prices went up dramatically and they still are. Spurred on by the Cathouse series on HBO, the prices still remain unrealistically high.

Who said it would be a man servicing a woman? It could end up being men servicing both women and men. Women visit legal brothels and pay to have sex with other women. As a matter of fact, Sheri's or Chicken ranch has a big sign outside their brothel stating "women welcome". Perhaps gay men who do not want to come out of the closet or want safe sex would go to the brothels to have sex with men.

As far as prices go, they are much cheaper at Shadylady. Bobbi Davis(owner) has a fixed price system and has set her prices according to the rural economy. She's about 120 miles north of Vegas past Beatty so their real buisness is truckers.
