The short answer is NONE.Back in late 2002 the term GFE was added to the "terms and acronyms" in the Clueless Forum.
Most long time posters still use the term GFE to describe certain services. All of these services listed for GFE are frequently "dealbreakers" for some and what a substantial majority of Men prefer and also will only see girls that offer GFE Services.
Despite this, many girls would chime in on various threads some time ago saying they are GFE but do a CBJ (for example) and would advertise as such with the hope that since most Men choose GFE girls, hopefully, they would get chosen. Some claimed and insisted they were GFE but had their "own" definition and was something along the lines of being nice and pleasant (although all Escorts should normally act like this anyway) or say they "cuddle" and therefore were in fact GFE.
Various offshoots of GFE came along to muddy the water and confuse newbies. There was CGFE, GFE LITE, and KGFE. None of these were "true" GFE and again for many, didn't really matter as we all knew (and still do I hope) what is expected of GFE.
The term RBGFE was added "around" two years later to the "terms and acronyms". Personally, I don't believe it was necessary, but it does serve a purpose and probably is slightly more helpful now than at first. It emphasizes the same services so that there can be NO ambiguity. If you really want to nitpick, the word "typically" is left out of the definition.
I continue to use the term GFE, I prefer it, and when talking with others they haven't shown any confusion and/or had to ask me to clarify .
Pardon the long ... whatever.
