Was bound to happen. In the last year, Salinas has been getting more and more visits from out of town Providers and with this economy, small towns with less competition can be worth the trip.

Actually, the area they describe is a commercial area; lots of body shops, upholstery, etc. If I remember correctly, there might be one or two low-budget hotels there and believe it not, the only porn shop in the city.
