"Why are so many ad phone #'s different from their review #'s"

I see this often. Is it a sign of a fake or b/s ad? I'd imagine that one needs some password or something to link a review to their ad. When I see this it seems to me a red flag. I know people get new/ multiple phones. This just seems to happen way too often. TIA

Without getting into the numerous reasons for changing phone number (personal, family, stalking hobbyist, LE, unpaid phone bills, lost, compromised, etc.) lets just say it is not uncommon.
A provider can hit the alert button on the bottom of the review to change the number. A hobbyist doing a review can put in the correct current number.

Not a Red Flag.

You hit the nail right on the head. Girls have a notorious bad habit of misplacing their phones. The forget them in hotel rooms, they forget them at client locations, in the cab. Or they get stolen by other girls who then try to intercept calls and substitute themselves. Stalkers and jealous BFs are another reason.
