There is not enough information to decide. I would need to see them with my own eyes. I have seen great and not so great breasts on both of the natural and the enhanced sides of the aisle. Beyond that, feel is also important. Natural is obviously better, but I have felt some augmented breasts that were so well done, that I could not feel any difference. Unfortunately, I have also felt some augmented breasts that were so hard and un-natural, that I did not even find it arousing to touch them.

I hate, hate, hate impants and tatoos and piercings. And I prefer a natural bush as well. The prepubescent look down there does not do it for me. Add to that that most boob jobs are just horribly done and so are most tats. I prefer a natural woman who is all over me like the proverbial cheap suit. That said, I believe that most women get breast enhancements for themselves and fort their self-esteem. Part of that, of course, is how they feel that might help them in the eyes of the men they want to be attracted to them. And, lastly, they view chest size in comparison of themselves vis-a-vis other women.

   Personally I'm a fan of all natural. And I mean that all the way around
But, there have been times where some augmented ladies felt FANTASTIC!

You may want to advise your friend that she shouldn't put all men in a single bucket. Many men will prefer naturals and others will prefer better living through enhancement.

What I will say is that many men who are not well versed on the subject will be attracted to the larger bust line and then find disappointment in discovering augmentation (after the fact), not unlike a girdle. Also, many women, post augmentation, will oftentimes wear more cleavage revealing clothing and that certainly attracts more attention.

I think the one thing most men don't like is grabbing a handful and feeling the ridges of the outer seams of the bag. (Well that and a woman who loses sensitivity to her erogenous area in nipple/areola area.)
