Still new here, still wondering whether I have the guts to go through with meeting a lady. (Wife started an IMHO gratuitous argument with me for the third straight day in a row :( )

I've been reading a lot of ads. I've noticed how few of them say whether the lady is a smoker or not. Personally, I would gag in the company of a woman who smokes. What a mood killer. If I visited a location of her choosing, too, I would want it to be smoke-free.

I have to wonder, too, about the ladies. How many of them want to know whether their visitor is a smoker or not? If she says she offers DFK, it could turn into an unpleasant experience.

As well as implying that you've just showered, is the term "hygiene" understood to mean that a non-smoker is expected?

I think that feweer RAs are smokers than used to be the case, say even last year, but there are still a lot of them around. Over several years in this hobby it's been my experience that, in my presence, most RAs have taken measures to disguise the fact that they smoke, although I've very ocassionally smelled smoke in the apartment.

No RA has ever asked me if I smoke.

And while I have never mentioned this to my favorite provider I initially would have listed non-smoker as an absolute must. Now maybe it is just that I enjoy the occasional trip to the casino where cigarette smoke is unavoidable or that she doesn't smoke that much or maybe it is just what she smokes. It could also be the fact that she is super sweet and hot to boot but for me it hasn't been an issue even though I would orignally have thought it would be.

Obviously if your super sensitive to smoke none of that would probably matter. And there is obviously a certain degree of risk even if you aren't since you don't know to what degree the smoke smell will be there. So your probably just better off asking before setting and appointment

I have meet a few that don't, and regardless if they do or don't I try to be considerate, showing up minty fresh, as much as possible.

But I will say nothing like having a good smoke after.......and since we're both smoking, no problems dfking for round two, after some MW of course.

However, if the place is reeking of cigarettes, if the RA's perfume and mints cannot mask a strong cigarette smell... that is a turn-off and I'd likely walk.

Go up to any woman and tell them you are going to show them why men like/love women who smoke.

Then tell her to stick out a couple fingers.

Wrap your hand around them slowly.

Now turn your head and cough a couple times. While you are coughing, be sure to squeeze your hand around her fingers every time you cough.

Look back at her and then wait for their response. It's usually a big smile, laugh, very red face and a "you are sooooooooo bad" response.
