"Real estate likely to decline in Santa Clara"
 
   Got this from todays San Jose Mercury headline. Just about a week ago the headline was about 12 % salary decline since 2000. (sorry didn't look for link)

From Street Action section about Vallejo being overrun with SW's.

Hell yes, I'm seeing a lot of $100/hhr 'specials' in the ads and enjoyed already a few. I remember being asked $100 in the TL for a quicky in the car 10 years ago!!!

But the economy sucks, so less monger money + more desperate girls giving it up. It's a double whammy for pricing.

   yeah i keep checking and so many whores are asking for 100 dollar halfs and as low as 50 dollar quickies. street walker prices going back to the early decade, damn shame it won't really help business too much competition and empty pocket johns...the economy sucks

I agree we are seeing more girls offering services for $100 or less
now, although still a minority. This is simply supply and demand within the industry, for certain types of providers. Unfortunately,
if you (like me) are seeking young, white, trim, attractive, accomodating (did i say white already) providers, reality is more in the 250-300 range, even more for ones with consistent great reviews.

Hobbying is done with descretionary income. Unless we've started taking out 2nd mortgages to pay for hookers, youre not going to see a link between provider rates and home prices.

   I also see a trend of price of girls going down. Image how many houses and appts people built in the past 10 years plus the numbers of subprime loans and deliqency out there I am not suprised to see another decline in housing market....
