An RA who I saw and gave a deservedly bad review to (and whose 2 other reviews were equally bad) is coming back under a different name. Her new photos are fake, but as she has the same red hair and the same phone number, it's pretty obvious who it is.

Personally, I resent RAs who attempt to take clients for a ride and I feel scams like these should be made public.

Is this a situation where one sends a message to a particular support address at RB or does one copy the previous review to the new handle?

Let me also say that I have great admiration and respect for the many RAs who take pride in providing a high quality service, and I am generally quick to compliment and provide positive reviews.

But I feel strongly that scams should be made as visible as possible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

And what if she normally gives good service but the 3 people who wrote reviews for her she was having a bad day and gave sub-par performance. It's possible. Unlikely, but possible. Only 3 reviews. Not much of a sample.

Maybe she took a break and someone taught her how to give good service so she can get more business. Now she is back, wants to start "a new leaf" and is coming back under a new name. And here you are, still bitter over your bad session and want to cripple her business by tying her to her past.

I would leave her alone. If it is her, hopefully her service has improved. If not, she'll get more bad reviews and her business will suffer. If she doesn't get the message, maybe she should get out of the business and find something she is good at. But give her a break. Maybe she will prove you wrong. But if you were right, you can say "see, I told you so".
