The "competing manager" theory is plausible. If you spend any time in the massage parlor forums, you probably know that someone with over 5000 posts was recently banned for doing that. His major competition was arrested in a police bust a few days ago, though the girls were simply given citations and released. Many of us are speculating whether he helped put his competitor out of business. (By the way, this guy is also widely known for his poor spelling and grammar.)You're equally likely to run across mediocre providers with fake glowing reviews. Phrases like "her room was tastefully/beautifully/immaculately decorated" can indicate that she submitted the review herself, while wording like "she showed me a good time" can be a red flag that her pimp is the author. Continue to be wary of reviewers without any history.
Dismissing a review that disagrees with the others is a little trickier. It really is possible to catch a great provider on a bad day or vice versa. Sometimes it just helps to wait a day or two before reviewing in order to separate the actual details from the more subjective impressions.
Last but not least, there are the reviews that say BBFS was offered, even though it wasn't mentioned by any previous reviewer. This can cause a lot of guys to steer clear of her and also cause quite a few to seek her out, so it's always tough to know if the reviewer has an agenda or is trying to share an important piece of news.
Thanks for bringing up the subject, and sorry to be so word-y on the subject. It's unlikely that the mods would have time to spot even a fraction of the suspicious reviews, so IMHO it's really up to us in the community to send alerts where appropriate.
