I had one hot teacher in H.S. It was her first year of teaching, so she was not that much older than us. and i know i'm repeating myself, but damn i wish i had some teachers like this while i was in school.

Some possibilities:

1) Thanks to a higher divorce rate, more teachers are single. When I was a kid, most teachers were married.

2) Thanks to 30 years of "tax revolts", public school teacher pay keeps getting lower and lower, so a greater percentage of teachers are young (hot) girls just out of college themselves. When I was a kid, teachers were mostly middle-aged women, and boner-killingly ugly.

3) Just generally a more sexualized and sex-open society, a trend that's been going on for a very long time.

4) This stuff has ALWAYS been going on, but people were more hush-hush about it. We didn't have the sensationalized drive-by media making a big deal about it.

4) (and this is my most likely scenario) This stuff has ALWAYS been going on, but it was a local story, and we didn't have the internet back then, so we didn't have any way of finding out about it all over the country.
