"Legal Notices"

Who is stupid enough to believe these are anything but a waste of space on the page?

If she is advertising in the escort section of redbook, sex for money is assumed and if not provided will result in 0 (svc) or ROB reviews.

Is there one provider that went to court and said, "But, your honor, I posted a disclaimer. The sex we had after he gave me $200 was just because we really hit it off during our "companionship & modelling" encounter."?

The more I think about it, it is probably just a not-so-clever way to push the review link further down the page.

I have an image in my mind of one lady posting it, thinking it was a good idea, then others see it and decide to copy it, and so it will live on forever (sort of like a chain letter).

We all know that the money is for modeling and companionship only.

Anything else that might occur is only because of chemistry

between two consenting adults. All the reviews in RB our strictly

fiction and for entertainment purposes only.

Remember in a court of "Law" you our too be presumed innocent until

PROVEN guilty.

Like most legal disclaimers, a good lawyer will tell you they are not worth much in a court of law. What people actually do is far more important.

And what's even more important than that is what they say. Remember. Never say a word. Not one word. Don't believe their lies about how they'll let you go if you just confess. Say nothing. Ever.

   In the beginning.............

Some Hooker attended a so called "legal" class by a washed up Attorney. This, probably disbarred Attorney, or someone who can't get normal paying clients, told the ho's about a disclaimer and how it would protect her...Total nonsense, but the Atty. has to sell something, and the other girls jump on the bandwagon once the "attendee" chimes in on how valuable the "advice" was .

I think it all really depends on how the transaction goes down. If one were to leave the donation for companionship as it states, the disclaimer is there, if the girl does not speak about anything other than the massage or whatever her disclaimer says then it would be hard to prove she did anything illegal. If they guy starts the process and/or asks for more and does NOT mention pay for play then she has a legal right to have the cops bare the burden of proof. All she really needs to do is not discuss anything OTHER than the massage and slowly work into more and just simply discuss how hot she is getting massaging him rather than "what would you like?" or "Do you want this, this, or that?"

If the cop initiates the conversation they will ALWAYS mention how much for XXX service and that is when she becomes proven guilty. If he asks for those services and she says no, I don't do that stuff for money she is fine. In lower courts, she may catch a charge, but in appeal it would be easy to get out of if she handles herself appropriately during the session, the question is is it worth her taking it to a higher court.

Just my thoughts.

They are beyond neutral, they are a negative.

It's evidence that the girl knows that certain things are illegal. Then when she is busted, the case is strengthened because she obviously knew those things were illegal yet did them anyway.
