"Cancellation Fee"
 
   I'd like to ask your thoughts and opinions regarding cancellation fees please.

I was speaking with a buddy of mine who lives in the southern California. In our conversation he mentioned that he recently set up an appointment with a provider and drove a distance to her incall location (San Diego to Los Angeles) only to walk away from the session. His reason was that she looked nothing like her photos - (which most of us have experienced!) and politely informed her that she misrepresented herself so he was having to respectfully cancel the appointment. He was gentleman enough to offer her a cancellation fee of $50 with which she took offense! He told me that she vehemently scolded him for wasting her time and that a minimum of $100 was satisfactory compensation. Her session "donation requirement" was $300/hr.

He apologized and told her that her "minimum acceptable compensation" was "unreasonable to him" and thus still offered her the $50 as compensation only to have her cuss him out and then slam the door. He told me he felt bad about having to turn her down but I informed him to chalk it up to experience and don't dwell on it. "You drove that long distance and Imagine what your session may have been like - get over it and find someone else" I said.

So, I may inquire to your thoughts and opinions regarding what you would feel in regards to the justification and amount of cancellation fees. Back many years ago, the ladies I chose to cancel said $20 was cool and was happy that I offered the compensation. yes - it was that long ago - LOL!!!

   If she looked nothing like her pictures I think his offer of $50.

was more then fair. I might have offered $40. and said take it or

leave it.

There our many that will say you owe her nothing. I wish I could

make $50. hr. by posting pictures and then not having too do any

work other then open the door and disappoint another monger.

   If she misrepresented herself and looks nothing like her photos, as your friend said, I think the cancellation fee was $50 too high. Your friend was a gentleman and generous to a fault.

Since HE made the trip, no fee is due. Had she driven to him, the cost of gas, or $20, whichever is greater.

   CANCELLATION FEE? Fuck that! I never give em shit if I dont want to. And they arent going to get it from me! If they dont look like their pics, dont pay em shit. Cost of doing business. I have had em send their weak ass pimps after me, but when they see me, they BACK the fuck off!

if the provider mis-represents themmselves by way of fake pic, or by using a 10 yr old photo back when she was 100lbs lighter. I would demand some type of misresentation fee for MY time and gas

That was good of your friend to offer a fee, I am one of the few who isn't ballsy enough to say no even when she is nothing like her picture, and on the other side their are horrible people who have been beaten providers for false advertising, so the provider was lucky she was offered money anyways

I don't want to sound like an ass, but some of you guys are a bunch of sissy's. I have to agree with luvdasnatch I wouldn't have given that skank anything.You guys need to grow a pair of balls. You act like it's your obligation to pay a cancellation fee after seeing her in person and notice that's not her in the pics.I would've walked away before she had a chance to say anything.That's why I tend to have a problem with professional pics and fake pics, a whole lot of retouching involved.That's JMHO.

If she didn't look like the photos, nothing should have been given. Grow some balls. If you saw an AD in a paper for a product and you went to the store to purchase it and it wasn't what was in the AD, you would say, fuck it and walk out without buying sais object. WTF is this any different?

I had the same experience last week in New York city. I found an ad on Backpage New Yorks version of rb. The young lady gets to my hotel room and she's the beautiful face in the ad but 40lbs heavier. She claims she had just given birth 3 months ago. I'am shocked and confuse! I didn't want any drama or problems at my hotel room so I made up a lame emergency excuse and offered to give her a $50 cancellation fee. Cost me a few dallors but I learned a valueable lesson as a Newbie. Given the circumstances to avoid a scene at my hotel room I thought that was the right thing to do. From now on I'll do more research,study and then Execute!

   Wow, this can only happen in America. Guy drives almost 3 hours to see a hooker. The hooker charges $300/hr (or $5/min or more like $30/min for the actual 10 mins of sex). She puts up fake pics. They guy actually offers her $50 for a minute at the door ($3000/hr). She actually take offense at this and the guy even feels bad.

Just how fucking emascaulated are men here anyway? And oh yeah, several responses to the post agree with him!

He should have said: look, you dont look like you are worth $300/hr. Tell you what, I'll give you $40 for a quick BBBJTCIM and call it good since I drove all they way up here.

I have walked from AAMPs when there is blatant misrepresentation. I have been offered various discounts and inducements to stay but never have I offered any thing to them for walking.

This would have been an easy read if you said she yelled at him, grabbed the $50 and then slammed the door. The fact that she didn't take the money implies that either your buddy wasn't quite as gallant as he made himself out to be, or he wasn't the first guy to bail on her that day.

That is why i make it quite clear, if she doesn't match the pics posted in her ad, i will leave and not pay her anything.

Works for me, the bait n switch providers will usually make some excuses to back out after i tell them that.

Only exception i would make in this situation, is if she actually looked better than the pics in her ad. But then again, if she was all that, she wouldn't be using fake pics.

Bait N Switch Providers got nerve to expect any kind of compensation, they should be compensating you for wasting your time!!!!

   It's so funny how many guys who post on RB are pussy-whipped -- you call tell by their defense of the ladies who engage in unacceptable behavior. There are always fucks in here who keep saying to those who get screwed over to "chalk it up to experience"...or "move on". But this problem really is pandemic...TOO MANY girls rip off the guys with lies and subpar service YET demand full pay. It is outrageous!

Let me put this simply. The requirement of the girls:

1. Be clean and disease-free
2. Be exactly as pictures posted
3. Provide services exactly as promised in ad
4. Pamper...please...tease...flirt...be sensuous...WHAT EVERY GUY WANTS! DUH!!!!!!!

Given that the guy (whose only requirement is to be clean and pay in full), any girl who cannot consistently satisfy the above 4 requirements with every client she sees is an abject failure and not fit to be a provider. She needs to find another line of work because at some point down the road, someone aggressive or bad-tempered is going to take out his anger on her. Dude was nice to have given her $50. Another guy in the wrong frame of mind could have have just as easily given her a bullet!

   Screw that. Your buddy is the reason all of us have to suffer through fake pics.

We should all remember how bad Sac was in the late 90s. Every other whore advertising was using fake pictures. If you used one of the agencies it was worse. You specifically told the agency, latina, early 20, not more than 130lbs, had to have a nice ass. Who do they send out demanding cancellation fees but a blonde flabby babed over 30 telling me she isn't leaving without some cash. I actually made a policy shift because of this BS. Instead of leaving my Remnington 870 in my trunk. I laid it across the second bed. When the whore wasn't what was ordered as she began her "I got to get money to leave conversation" I just walked over, moved the blanket back opened a drawer removed the extra magazine and proceeded to ask her to leave, only once. With one exception they all got the fuck out. That same 2 agencies starting sending me the good whores or they straight up told me we aint got mexican pussi we got X. If I was cool with X then we had a deal. If not they scammed other sum bytchs but not me.

In each an ever instance I moved out of the room and got ready to rock. Never got a chance to pick up my shell casings and roll. Didn't mean I would not have done so if someone had come up to the hotel room door thinking they were gonna teach the guy inside a little trick. When the guy was sitting across in the dark aiming at their head with a throw down piece.
