   First of all, I'm not a fan of LT and would never give anyone a pass for forcing themselves on any unwilling female!

If you take your time and read the article, it seem she was forced by a wannabe pimp to go see Taylor. Who knows what happen after she was in his hotel room or even if Taylor knew she was only 16 years old.

All I'm saying is that Taylor probably saw an ad somewhere and decided to schedule a session with the PO and this girl was delivered to his room. Is not like in big ben's case, where he had one of his security guard escorted a drunk girl to him so he can force himself on her.

   OK, sexually assaulted just means had sex. They say you can't have consensual sex with someone under 18. So a 16-year old boy tackles and rapes a 25-year old woman. Is she as guilty of rape as he? He didn't know. This law is stupid. Most European countries have consent start at 16. It's our Puritan ways to put him in jail. It's like Bernie Ward, no threat to anyone, forwarded a pic that is on the web, didn't make it, didn't pay for it, gets 8 years.    When they take the steps to put handcuffs on you and charge you in court it is the real deal. I don't think Big Ben was cuffed up, he was only the person of interest in an ongoing investigation. LT is facing an accusation by a minor in the state of NY who says she was raped against her will and it was during an illegal transaction. If they find out LT called from New Jersey and crossed state lines to see the youngster it will become a federal case under Title 18 Section 2423(b) with a ten year minimum and 30 yr cap. YIKES! talk about a pass rush. Anybody going to play the race card here?

If his fingerprints are on the cash he is fucked. His defense is that he did not have even consensual sex with the girl so says his attorney. So why pay her $300? You can see the absurdity of his position. A girl comes to his room and is young so he doesn't want to go on with the session, any sensible man would tell her to go and not give her anything. Besides there has to be evidence from the rape kit and if she was smart kept the condum, but how many rapists put on a condum?

Also the allegation of rape or sexual assualt is not determined if it was by force or simply a charge because he had sex with a young girl. I am not sure about all the different rape charges but if it was by force I think there would be a different charge like aggravated rape or something to that effect.

   OK this story is still developing. It seems the girl was told by her pimp to tell LT that she was 19. The sex was consensual. LT did no violence to anyone. No one is acusing him of violence. It is being legally defined as rape becuase the girl was 16. Sounds like a bad situation for everyone. LT really does need RB.

Like I say before, after reading the article everything point towards LT got screwed by this stupid pimp who shouldn't even be out on parole in the first place! Maybe LT should have asked her for an ID to make sure she not under 18 year old or even ask if she was force here against her own free-will.

It safe to assume you're a hobbyist because you're on RB like the rest of us. You saw an ads, "New to the business, Barely 18 year old!" you decided to book an appointment. New flash for you buddy, most of the girls that work at AMP are trick to work there in the first place. Most was probably promise a legitimate type of work to pay off debts to get them here to the U.S. Once here in the State, they are held captive and force into prostitution to pay off the debts.
