Lots of reasons girls disguise their number. Ranging from
sites that won't let you post a number (if the computer
recognizes it as a phone number) to LE concerns from
previous problems, to hiding from BFs, family, or former
pimps.

Your post is a real mixed bag, in my view. Some good info,
some, well, not so good info.

That is not necessarily true at all. Have you heard of AUTOBUMP? Many providers pay for an ad feature called AUTOBUMP, which can bump their ad up to once per hour. This can be useful in areas that have so many classified ads where their ad can fall off page one quickly.

Dude, there are nothing wrong with many 775 numbers—just like any other area code!!! All of Nevada outside of Vegas is under the 775 area code. This includes Reno. As the public forum mod for Reno/Tahoe, I can assure you there are MANY reputable and outstanding providers from the Reno area that have 775 numbers, including a number of five star providers.

I WOULD be cautious with the 702 (Vegas) area code. Many scams in Vegas and among traveling girls with that area code.
