"Are CBJ Legal?"

I had a couple of friends mention to me that they had a weird experience with a customer last month. Wouldn't of thought much about it except that two separate ATFs (whom I assume do not know each other) had the same thing happen.

They had a customer come and pay for an hour. He refused any service in the shower and only wanted a CBJ. Might not have been unusual except that he asked who she worked for, who's her roomie, how long is she working, how many customers does she see a day, etc. He was out of there in less than 30 min and paid for the full hour.

Is LE allowed to session to "gather evidence"? Are they restricted to only BJ's?

It sure would disappointing to see our local LE cry increased response times to violent crimes because of budget cuts and spend what they have on paying themselves for a free session and call it surveillance.

If LE can run surveillance, go-n-bust the girls, take their money & personal belongings, and let them go only to do it over and over again, why is that legally enforcing the law and not pimping or extortion? Is there any way to confirm the cash being confiscated to verify if it's all going into the evidence room?

Just Asking,

A former police office once told me that it's legal for them to engage in sexual activities to gather evidence. Or buy/sell heroin, for that matter. It may do damage to their case or reputation if they decide to prosecute. And if it's not handled properly it may end up becoming illegal - this part I'm not so sure what he meant (and I can't ask him now because he's dead), perhaps has to do with getting specific undercover approvals and properly documenting everything, from what I gathered.

This was also told to me a few years ago, so I'm not sure if the current climate has changed.

In the sense that if the officer's undercover and sleeps with a suspect, maybe; in the sense that an officer can have sex with a prostitute in order to make the case against her, though, nope.

If they squirt, can they swallow? Do they HAVE to swallow? Or is the pussy juice collected as evidence?

Would that, then, be a sin, Father?

CBJs are legal as long as you don't pay or barter for them.
Same for BBBJs and HJs.

The short answer is no, CBJs for money are not legal. In the 80's the SF cops busted Marylin Chambers because someone tipped her during a show at MBOFT and then gave her a pat on the ass. SF declared that an act prostitution and arrested the lovely Ms Chambers. I believe she (ahem) got off.

I have read about cops having sex in order to gather evidence at a massage parlor. It could have been as simple as an HJ. But I have not seen much about it in the news & I don't think it's common.

Cops are allowed to sell drugs to establish an undercover identity. A cop can not sell you drugs then bust you for being in possession of drugs. That is entrapment. You would have never had the drugs if the cops didn't sell/give them to you. Also, if you sold those same drugs to another cop you could not be busted for dealing.

If a cop approaches a woman and offers money if she would have sex with him, she can not be busted. If she offers sex for money then she could be busted. There used to be a game of who first mentioned money.

These days I'm sure the details are fine tuned. Is there a vice cop on this board that could help us out here?

I thought it was the act of soliciting for a sexual activity that was illegal not the actual act of sex. ( Ca. Pen. Code 647b) If that's true then once the officer is solicited, the crime has been committed whether or not sex occurs or not. The act of sex doesn't really add to the charge. Of course it would be a lot more fun for the cop that way.

Using a cover during a BJ is a felony, and worse, a sin against nature! Well, maybe a misdemeanor. At least an infraction. Well, if it's not, it should be!

Wow, THAT'S a good thought! So if I get busted screwing a hooker with a rubber on **, then I should argue in court that it wasn't really sex!

Good news for modern man!

** extremely unlikely, the game just isn't really risky like that

I have two buddies in the drug task force unit and they have NARC's working for them. They are usually someone who was busted for something and in return for a lessor charge or no charge they work gathering info for police, but I've only ever heard them doing that for crime rings or drugs.
