"Too many ATFs"

How many ATFs are too many ATFs? I'm juggling two right now and another one is slowly creeping in to the equation.

I need to get a couple more jobs.

I think that it's the same equation as "how many civilians would you date at one time?".

ATF implies exclusivity.

What I do in that situation (I'm in it right now) is take my mongering budget and divide it by the number of women I'm seeing, and then figure out whether or not that's enough to hold that provider's attention.

If it isn't enough to have her keep me on her A list, I will drop her (or put her on "slow poll" and increase the budget to the remaining ladies.

Works for me. (Oh yeah, a second job helps as well.)

Maybe I'm living in the past, here.....but as far as I know, ATF means "All Time Favorite". I grant you, it has sometimes been used to indicate more than one girl...."Ah yes, Heather was one of my ATFs."

There may be a better word to describe your situation? Like maybe "regulars" or "favorites"?

However you name it though, seems like your doin' great and livin' large! More power to you!

The problem with the use of that acronym ATF is the implication of "All Time". You cannot realistically know who your ATF is until you are done with mongering. Then you will definitely know who WAS your ATF.

We know that a "current ATF" will eventually leave and be replaced by another ATF. Hence, we should think about ATF as a "Current ATF", or preferably as you indicated as a favorite. I stopped using the word ATF and prefer to use now the word "favs" (for favorites), as I have many.

At least you don't have 20 girls in your top two. LOL! One of my favorite ladies pointed out some guy she's seen who proclaims every girl he sees an ATF. She doesn't pay much attention to what he says.

You ask how many ATF's are to many? I think you should ask ,"how many atf's can you afford"?

How many ATFs you can handle depends on 4 things:

1) How large is your hobby budget?
2) How often can you hobby? (get away from the SO, work, social commitments, etc)
3) How often can you session. If you are a young guy, as often as possible. If you are an old guy, maybe once a week. How many pops can you do in a hour?
4) Do you want to see your ATFs exclusively? Or do you want to continue trying out "new" girls?

So the number of ATFs you can handle is mainly a function of time, money and libido.

I've had some trouble with the definition. Seems to me that the definition of ATF means you only have one at a time if not just one for all time.

But OTOH, practically speaking, one ATF is not enough because getting worked up over one exclusively introduces the danger of forgetting this is only a hobby. Almost fell into that trap myself.

Fortunately, since so many out there grab my attention for different reasons, any one can be my ATF that day. It's kind of like asking Cyd what's her favorite position and she says, "whichever one I'm in at the moment."

So, bottom line.........the more the merrier. And that, Watson, is my final answer.

Favorites, regulars, or atfs? Whatever your terminology, and because of the roller coaster rb ride, you can never have enough. Although, I have toyed with the idea of stepping away from rb (not seeing any new ladies), with exclusively two, maybe three highly connective atfs.
