Ummm... you might want to re-read the article. The dude that got killed was a pimp. We don't know why the pimp got killed, but there's a high probability he fucked with the wrong hobbyist. Philly's a pretty rough city from what I hear, and I guess the hobbyists there are no exception. Terrible? I'll refrain from passing judgment on who deserves to live and die, but there ARE certain people who ask for it, like pimps who try to rob a guy who just wants to buy a little poon. It might be a whole different ballgame here in CA if fewer guys put up with that bullshit... there would definitely be fewer ROB reports in the NW section.
