"online pharmacy"

Just curious if anyone here uses and online pharmacy that does not need perscreptions?

One where you can get pain killers to take care of that nagging knee issue or back ache that the doctors won't give you enough of the refills for.

Any recommndations would be jsut grand....

And don;t be afraid to inbox me if you want to remain confidential.

Thanks

Are you not looking for troouble with pain killers like that? Hey there is a limit to what the pharmacies will sell and be open for business.

If the pharm is oversees (esp 3rd world), you can still get meds w/o prescrips. In this country, you used to be able to do it until 2 years ago when the feds clamped down--I used to get muscle relaxers from a Florida pharm, then they sent me a letter saying from now on I had to fax a prescrip.

The pain is from Gout, which is a type/form of arthritis generally in the big toe, although I get gout in my ankle as well and gout flairs up as an attack. The flair ups are once to twice a month and go away in a few days with Colchicine http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/uspdi/202160.html , but for that 24-72 hour period the pain is a 8-9 on a scale of 10. My doctors here in the bay area will freely give me 2 days worth of hydrocodone when I come in to see them, but do not want to prescribe any refills. So I see them normally 24 hours after the pain has started, pay the $200 and get relief. I do not have health insurance to cover the Dr’s visits so this is a very expensive way to go about it...

And I seem to need only 3-6 days worth per month. Not 100’s a month…

Try Indomethicin (Indocin). An anti-inflamitory that works really
well with gout. It usually takes 12 hours to have any effect but
stops the inflamation cold after that. With pain killers your
just masking the issue. At least with an anti-inflamatory you
will be eliminating the possibility of uric acid crystals doing
any damage to the joints during an inflamation.

You don't want to use this long term but for only a few days to get
over an attack it is no problem. Stay htdrated too. That helps.

I have had this in the past and even the weight of a bed sheet is
excruciating.

It is also easier to get ahold of than a narcotic pain killer and
I believe is still available without perscription south of the border.
The shelf life is 2-3 years so you can keep some on hand to use
at the onset of an attack.

Regular extra strength bayer asprin works pretty well. There is something in the asprin if you take it over several days that helps.
Besides being an anti inflamitory.

I know your pain it feels like you have a piece of glass in your foot.

I have had gout for 20+ years and have been told and can attest that asprin is NOT what I nor would I recomend anyone else take with regard to Gout.

In the acute phase NSAID's are the first choice for drug therapy. Indomethacin 50mg every six hours or naproxen 500 mg every eight hours. Colchicine can potentially causes dehydration, as vomiting and diarrhoea can be a side effect in the size of dose required for gout (1mg initially then 0.5mg every two hours). This does not exclude Colchicine, as it is extremely effective on gout. (Nuki. 1996, pp. 881-888.) Salicylic acid salts (salicylates), diuretics and aspirin should be avoided while taking medication for gout. Aspirin in low doses can inhibit uric acid excretion and therefore trigger an acute attack. (The Arthritis Handbook. 1996, pp. 70.)

As you can see, Colchicine has some very unpleasant side effects.

Trust me from a patient perspective traditional pain relief is not ideal for attacks of gout.

be careful where you order any meds from. i ordered some antibiotics and they came from overseas. the first shipment came fine, the second, while still fine and the meds were good, were opened, inspected, and resealed by us customs. i guess they dont care about antibiotics but may care about certain painkillers. goodluck. ps, join a medical marijuana collective, i have heard that it works pretty well for some pain.

Master plan has a point, but even more - if you buy bad meds, or gert them from a sketchy outfit, the feds consider you, the buyer, a criminal just as much as the seller. The Canadian debacle is raising a lot of eyebrows and inspections. Like anything in the grey area pf law, if you walk in a minefield, listen for clicks!
