Just a heads up for everyone here. Don't eat too much spinach. Spinach is very rich in iron. Too much iron inside your body will make your shit hard. Therefore, you'll constipate. I learned the hard lesson 3 months ago.

Too much of anything is too much. "Too much" already implies a dangerous excess.

NOT supposedly. Foods such as tea, chocolate, spinach are high in oxalates, and thus can contribute or cause calcium oxalate stones in the kidney, ureter, and/or bladder.
