"Mexico's the place for dental work!"

I just came home from Algodones Mexico it's about a half mile from Winterhaven Ca.

Wow! I just can't believe the value. I went to get a root canal and crown and the total cost was under $400 and the best part is my dentist's office is only 50yds from the border. You can buy everything but opiates at the pharmacy (customs allows 90 pills of each drug). I even talked with a copd patient that had a stem cell treatment done.
He drove 2200 miles to get it . I guess it's German medicine and training and thanks to the FDA we can't even buy this treatment here....

Screw our medical system!

Don't be so harsh, Gman. I am convinced that somewhere in the 2000-plus pages of the "Affordable Healthcare Reform Act" is a provision that all of this will be available to everybody as soon as the law fully kicks in after 2014. You may still have to go to Mexico for the treatment. Or to India. But that's another story.

Several people I know went to mexico for dental implants. It was 25% of what dentists here in the USA charge and each one said it was perfect. Dentists here in USA charge way to much.
