This is some thing I have thought of doing for a very long time. One of the problems is the scars you have after the deed is done.
I like to shave my head in the summer time so if I ever do get it done then no more shaving.
I have done a lot of research on the internet. I would suggest you do the same. I do know that you have to do a very rigid maintenance program to stop hair loss even after having the Hair transplants.
Just be cause you get the surgery does not mean the problem will go away. Most men still have hair loss and will continue to loose hair. That in many cases means more Hair transplants over and over again or if you find the right program for the type of hair loss you're suffering from then you can in fact stop it all together.
Another one of the reason I have not gotten it done yet my self is I have read they are finding more and more advanced technology in medications and the Hair transplants them selves. So with that said I'm waiting to see what happens. You never know I may just not care about it so much five years down the road.
I do know of a guy I used to work with that had it done 2 years ago. I have to say I could not tell he had it done. That is how real it looks!!! Unfortunately the doctor that did his has since retired from the practice.
He did not use Bosley and for good reasons. Although they did invent and perfect the Hair transplant process they have become a turn and burn operation.
Take what I tell you very seriously!!!! I had another friend that had it done from them 3 years ago and he looks not horrifying but close to it!!!! He has since spent a lot of money finding other Doctors to fix the first Hair transplants that where done!!!!
The Bosley office he used was in SF. He has since found another doctor in the LA area.Over all he looks better after his 3rd surgery.
Just take your time and do a lot of research!!!!!!! With this type of plastic surgery it is really no different that woman getting boob jobs!!! Some doctors are very skilled at it and others just hack away on you.
So again do a lot of research before you take action.
