Intriguing Supplement! Apparently President Ronald Reagan used Carnivora successfully in 1985 when he had it sent directly to the White House.

As always, being skeptical is a must when it comes to these types of claims. However, it may worth looking into it.

Here is the closest thing to "clinical data" that I've found. It's only 4 pages but a decent read if anyone is into looking at this type of stuff like I am. http://adsabs.harvard.edu/full/2000CRABS..53a.129T

This link http://www.cancer.org/Treatment/TreatmentsandSideEffects/ComplementaryandAlternativeMedicine/HerbsVitaminsandMinerals/venus-flytrap leads to some decent looking information including independent references

This link points to some good information about researching any type of supplement, and how to determine if something is safe
http://www.cancer.org/Treatment/TreatmentsandSideEffects/ComplementaryandAlternativeMedicine/DietarySupplements/dietary-supplements-toc

So many manufactures of supplements sometimes make broad claims about so many things. You're absolutely correct that we need to know how to separate the good from the not so good

Thanks
