   Expensive and not covered by insurance. Might not be so bad if you have a HSA and can run the expense through there.

I tried Lamasil pills for 4 months without much improvement. Then tried fluconasole (Diflucan) 400mg once a week for 6 months and now, 9 months later it seems completely gone, but I wouldn't be surprised if I needed to retreat at some point in the future.

obtw 30 tabs of generic 200mg fluconazole at Costco pharmacy is $19.95

   I had it bad on three nails...really bad. I tried RX Lamasil for about a year..it worked, but not all the way. I quit that and just delt with nail filing et al.....A couple years later....it just went away, and 5 years later(now) it is mostly gone....wth?
