I have been doing my research on the internet and RB to get the best information possible to help me with my first trip to Vietnam. I still have many questions and would greatly appreciate guidance from some experienced RB brothers.It appears it would be better to get a hotel out of District One but still close by. I am looking for a guest friendly hotel near the hot tocs, beauty salons or bia om bars. Please inbox me if you have any recommendations.
most of the posts I have seen don't mention the names of some of the good bars or other places to monger. One post did recommend Hai Trieu and Hoang Gia on Nguyen Kiem street. This post is over six years old so I am looking for some updated recommendations. It also appears the best go go type bars are on Hai Ba Trung street.
What is the going rate for either LT or ST now? I just don't want to over pay and know how much negotiating I need to do.
I am planning on staying four nights in HCM city and three nights some place close by without flying. I was thinking of taking the hydrofoil boat to Vung Tau beach. Is this a good plan or do you have any other recommendations?
