"AC arriving on Easter Sunday...any girls that week??"

I know that the pinays visit family for Easter, but I assume that means the week BEFORE Easter. If I arrive on AC ON Easter and stay a week, will that week, the week following Easter, be back to normal, with lots of girls?

If not, I would be able to go to Patts instead.

Thoughts?

If based on the Christmas & New Years exodus to the provinces then I would skip AC. When I went there this past January I figured most of the girls would be back 2-3 weeks after New Years. I was wrong because several of my favorites were still in the provinces. I figure they want to spend as much time as possible with their families as it's difficult for them to get back home on a regular basis.

   A guy with Daly City in his handle must know something about Filipinas so I assume you are right! I wonder if anyone has personal experience, tho, with the week after Easter.

I was there in 2008 over Easter. The week before and the week after.

It was definitely quieter, but most bars (if not all) were open. Plenty of ladies. So you wouldn't miss out on that.

However, if you were after a particular lady, she might not be there.

The Mall and a lot of other stores closed over the weekend too. So you might get caught if you need access to ATM. (IIRC the ATM @ ABC does not take all cards).

So nothing to do other than barhop and go back to your room for whatever.

go to Pattaya first to avoid Easter then go to AC to avoid Songkran.

I was in AC, Manila last year at Easter and for the month. But it was my first trip. Stay at the Grand and had a good time. Met and talked to some girls who were there to earn money while out from school. Clubs were busy, worked for me. Met a hottie and went to Boracay for week and then returned for more action. Was in Cebu/Bohol in October was nice there also. Heading back this April again doing Cebu, Bohol,Boracay and to Thailand for the first time. You should have fun, getting girls should not be a issue.
