Last time, I had Verified by Visa, everything set, still would not book on line. I ended up having to go to a CP office in Manila, a charming experience with a long wait.

When I finally reached a telephone customer service rep to talk about the CC billing online, I was told this simply won't work with non PI credit cards. But, of course, nothing on the web site to alert customers to that.

I suppose if I plan ahead and book my entire trip whtough a travel agent, all of this can be avoided. But trips change, plans change, or sometimes I just want to remain flexible and finalize plans later.
