   Why bother- V Day is an America tradition and the avg Thai lady coundn't care less about flowers, they are not the sentimental types as a rule. Yes they would think it is nice, but they would MUCH rather receive a gift of cash or something useable, and toss the flowers. When guys buy girls flowers near Nana or Patts or walking street, they tend to toss them away after you leave, and move on, seen as a waste of money.

But as it is in BKK- up to you.
