"Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia)"

Anyone have experience with capital of the Sabah region of East Malaysia? Apparently lots of Filipinas take a short hop from Clark to Kota Kinabalu to work in the various clubs/bars and massage parlors in the area. Much easier life then dancing all night long in Angeles City and I guess higher pay too.

Did a search and only found one post in a fare hunter thread from yingyang who would like to keep this a hidden jewel. LOL.

yingyang: " Now seriously looking into flying from Cambodia to Kota Kinabalu (Sabah - Borneo), East Malaysia. That's a hidden jewel that hmmm - I think I'll hope to keep as much to myself as possible. Once in KK I may fly onto Philippines since it's rather close by. KK has a large ethnic Filipino population, Chinese, Malay, etc. - ALL speaking English."

Some info on ISG, the Malaysia forum. Doesn't sound too promising from the few posts I read.

I've been reading those posts too but it's hard to decode Malaysian english slang. I maybe there in a few months and will share if there's anything of note.

have not done it but I hear there is loads of good action, not to mention many great tourist attractions. Filipinas don't need visas nd the flights are cheap so some girls who want to work on the QT go there. Cost of living MUCH less than HK or SIN which is an attraction for them.

The posts that I've been reading on that other site seems to indicate that the local Malaysian enthusiasts go there for holiday and to pickup on malay, indo and filipina GRO's who work on the downlow in pubs, discos, and massage parlors. Prices are cheaper then in KL and SG, they can get a girl for the entire night, and also enjoy all the other holiday entertainment options in the beautiful island of Borneo.

A little south of KK (Kota Kinabalu) is the even smaller island of Labuan which is also a vacation hotspot and a destination for working girls who crowd the local discos and watering holes.

Out of curiosity checked on Air Asia flights from Clark and they are amazingly cheap. I'm planning to be in AC sometime in November and might make the trip just to see some part of Borneo, a place that always seemed nothing but jungle and natives from my childhood reading. From the images I see on Google looks like a really interesting place to visit even without the P4P. If you get there before me let us know how it is....

Hey blix99. I'll also be in AC in November. Right now I'm planning a trip to either Jakarta or Pattaya for july. May make a side trip to KK in one of those trips.

Peace

   Hey NN,

If you are so inclined maybe we can meet in AC for a drink...or a barhop...My dates are unsettled at the moment but likely mid November. If you have more definite plans let me know and I'll buy you a beer or two if we coincide...

I remember your posts from the strip club forum in the good old days of MSC. I posted under a different handle then but had to change due to some putz causing me grief with a lady I was quite fond of. As I remember we shared a number of faves from those golden years; would be a pleasure to meet you if the fates allow.
Cheers!

   Hey Blix,

Now that you mention it, I do remember chatting with you back when the MSC was hopping. I can't remember which favorite we had in common. I wonder if it was Hennessey or Mia. I still think about those two everytime I pass Market. Those were very good times. Too bad the SF SC scene is so dead. It was great while it lasted.

I am definitely on for a drink or a barhop. Dates are not exactly set but I will be there the last week of November to the first week of December.

I have to confess I am really bad at meeting up with RB brothers in AC. Last year skylar and I arrived on the exact same day, stayed at the same hotel (ABC), made plans to hang out but I did a no show which I still feel guilty about. If I ever run into skylar again I need to buy him a couple of rounds at a minimum. I hope he understands. The moment I walked into my hotel room 3 horny filipinas jumped me and I got shanghaied for the next three days. I know Bro's before "Honey's"... I guess I'm still a rookie in so many ways.

Peace

   NN,
I do remember Mia quite fondly! Later on got involved with some of the Asian girls....I guess a predictor of my current fascination with SE Asia.

Anyway, my plan was to be in Pattaya for Loy Krathong which is Nov.21 this year; after that will probably fly back to AC for a few days before heading back to USA so maybe we can connect for a few....

Stay in touch and be well....

I was in KK in 2004, spent one night there and then took off for a 3 day visit and dive trip to Pulau Tiga. Went back to KK and then flew to Tawau enroute to Sipidan.
I spent part of the day looking around KK and I don’t remember even remotely seeing or hearing about any type action available there. I’m not saying there isn’t, It’s just that KK about the last place I would think of in connection with a sex type vacation. Maybe back when CBS and Mark Burnett were there (lol) who knows.
