"la union phils"

Whats the scoop on la union. GRO from Vahalla Bar in Angeles told me she used to work there for six months
prior to coming to angeles. She said mainly married
men go there. Did a search here and came up blank. How many hours
is it from angeles? I remember she worked at a bar named Footbridge, I think she mentioned another bar there named Cheerleaders. Can't wait to go back, I'm thinking Sept or Oct.
Airfare is 940. Thanks in advance.

It's a province in Ilocos, and the city you're probably looking for is San Fernando. From Manila, it will take about 1h 10mins by plane, or 6 hours by bus. If your sole objective is mongering, then you should stick to AC and Manila areas.

The bars I've been to at the provinces did not allow barfines. Yeah, yeah... these AC folk would be rolling their eyes and saying: a gogo bar without barfine! WTF??? However, if the girl is offering extras; ie: she's a "Game Girl", you can arrange to meet up after her work hours (typically the next morning). This depends on your luck of the draw. Not all of them are prostitutes. The girl might be hours late or might not even follow through with the plan.

La Union province is not technically in Ilocos (south of Ilocos Sur),although many speak Ilokano dialect, and it has some action but is no Angeles. There are two main zones of girlie bars, Bauang, about 15 minutes before San Fernando, and Poro Point (right near the airport). That flight (SEAir)is VERY new, only goes 3 days per week I believe, and has a 10 kilo limit on luggage.

Not sure which provinces you are referring to, and they may not use the term barfine, but they most certainly allow take out (although costs are higher than Angeles or Subic)in EVERY province I've visited (and that is many).

I'm also not sure why you omit mention of the real motherload which is not in Luzon at all, but South in the Visayas region and Mindanao . You are sure right about the flakiness of semi pros; always have a backup plan in case.

>La Union province is not technically in Ilocos

I meant that La Union is within Region 1. I didn't mean Ilocos Norte or Ilocos Sur per se.

I said provinces, but here are the places specifically: Cabanatuan City, Naga City, and once in Tarlac. My primary purpose was to visit friends/family, and I just monger-ed opportunistically.

Actually, in each case, I never asked the "mama" or the "papa". I just asked my friends or the girl about barfining. I would think the other bars in Tarlac would let you. Either way, I didn't mind meeting up with the girl the next day.

I've never been to Visayas (except Cebu) or Mindanao. I didn't even monger in cebu. I'll be digging up ISG on that.

That happened to me, but I did see her two days later. I simply think it depends on each girl.
