"Any good alternatives to fax?"
 
   I'd like to dump AT&T fax line, but it seems like the internet-based lines (MagicJack, Ooma, etc) can't reliably handle faxes (I only care about incoming).

Has anyone found an alternative to a phone line used for fax?

A company I used to work for used eFax. Cost was less than $20/month.
Don't know what they charge now.

Allows you to receive copies of faxes as jpg files attached to an email.

They provide a fax number, costs extra for a local area code though.

efax is good. Company I used to work for used that. Very reliable, relatively cheap. Currently, we use metrofax from metrohispeed. Again, works great. Here is the link:
