I lost only 5 lbs and was exercising 9 days out of the 10...But I was having 1.5 to 2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice every morning...
I also felt the weight lose, so it happens, BUT I was like how did Beyonce lost 20 lbs...
But also there was something I was missing on my cleanser, I didn't realize it until the last two days of my cleansing...
It's called 'sea salt wash', basically every mornining I was supposed to take a warm quart water mixed with 2 tablespoon of UNIODIZED sea salt (make sure the salt is UNIODIZED sea salt, if not it will not work...
I did it in my last 2 days, the first day I did 32 oz of warm water with 2 tbsp of uniodizied sea salt, and was really hard to get everything down, but I did take most of it down, in about half an hour I felt and heared it cooking in my stomach, even though I felt like going to the rest room, waited cause that's what the direction said, after I no longer could stand holding it up, and went to rest room, so everything was gone, cleansed...
The second day I tried with 16 oz of warm water and 1 tbsp of uniodized sea salt mixed together, and added 8 oz of warm water to rinse my mouth, in about half hour everything worked too. And was happy I didn't need to drink that much salted water...
Because I didn't do the sea salt wash from early on, my weight lose was not as significant as it could have been, that's one of my theory anyway...
