Let me know how it tastes. I've recently cut protien shakes from my diet because of the artificial sugars.

well .. I use something that is 93 percent pure whey ... it is the ALLMAX Isonatural Pure Whey Protein Isolate ..

1. I hate "flavored protein" ... so this is the unflavored .. the flavored ones from allmax are listed at 91 percent pure.

2. no added sugars--- a serving --- one scoop === .7 gram sugar
(is that good???) dont know

3. I add it to low fat/skim milk in the morning and I find it curbs my appetite all day.

4. I also use less than a scoop (or less than a serving) as it is hard to get it "mixed" into the milk with a full scoop

5. it is a bit pricey ... my fav health food store in santa clara sells it for 33 bucks... which is supposed to be 30 days... however, because of the way I use it .. I think I get about 50 days out of a jar.

thanks for mentioning the shakes ... I am back on my protein breakfasts... which I know will take a few lbs off.

I see on the website you mention xena.. they have grass fed cows whey ... I gotta go read on that ... grass fed beef (cradle to table )
is a lot healthier than the meat at the local grocery store.

Steaks and burger meat from grass fed organic cows... are very lean ... and have an "oil" to them ... instead... the food cooks a little different, is healthier, and has an awesome taste...

anyhow

One lady I knew called her bbbjWS her protein shake.

Ladies, if you ...WS consider a warm water bbbj rinse. That “protein shake” lady proved that several rounds of her special rinse is WAY better that any kind of dry paper wipe. Indeed, it’s also better than wet baby wipes.

Looks like they still have some sugar to their name. I tend to use soy protein powder, but mostly as a substitute for flower in various recipes. (With varying degrees of success). For a good price on a plain soy powder, Trader Joe seems to have one of the best prices around, $10 for a nice sized container. Then you can sweeten it up however you like if you are looking for protein drinks.

Thanks. Yes I did receive it, However, it says to use 2 scooops and it is only 10 servings. I actually used 1 and it was fine. Taste is good, but it is too expensive at $3 a serving. Even at 1 scoop that would be $1.50. I realized shipping is not free which added to the cost. I had not realized the size of the container.

At the same size container I would stick with Julian Michaels Whey Protein at Walmart which is like 66 cents a serving. It tastes a little better than the Warrior Whey Protein Powder.
