I am listing my house in Sacramento next Thursday. I lived here almost 11 years with 6.5 years on RB. Only had 4 more years to go till it was paid it off, but its been tough since 2011 as I stated before. It looks so redone it makes me want to stay, as it looks better now, then when I lived in it. I am still working out of my studio and all is status quo. No real estate sign for me. I am looking at condos now in the Sacramento about 10-15 miles radius from my home. It will be nice to own it outright and have only half the expenses I have now. The house just became so expensive it just made no sense. Wish me luck! Unfortunately my spa and sauna are gone and will be sadly missed, especially the spa.

~~~This is tragic.
Xena, I think of you constantly and am very grateful for the short time we shared. I can't imagine you losing your residence (!!!!!) and your BABIES.
To me, this is all Insanity! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I were able to adopt them you know I would.
We, your beautiful kitties and I each other.
Unconditionally.
I know you'll do well whatever comes.
My heart and good thoughts are with you.
PS~ I'd sell the Jag before I'd give up my Babies...! !!
Yes well you would only recognize one of the 2 cats I have. It is hard trying to adopt them out. I sold my Jag and half my stuff in January. I donated or trashed 25% and only have 25% left. Crazy I know. I just hope the condo will be a viable option. I will still be an owner. I will wait and see. Thanks for your sentiments. I still plan to be on RB 4 more years.
Gosh Im only looking at if it has a washer and dryer or not. They usually only have a patio. Yes probably just get a 3 bedroom condo. Was going to get a 2 bedroom but for 5k more you can buy a 3 bedroom in a particular area. Its a great investment actually. At these prices its the same as paying rent for 4 years minus the HOA fees. You do the math! In the bay area it is a way different story.
Probably May when I move into the condo and I will reveal the area then. Wish me luck!
   condo's are bad investment...HOA dues are an extra expense...better to rent or buy a distress property...there are a million in the central valley....
