   Hello all,
Been looking up on RB for a while and decided to finally jump on the wagon.. As a noob, I'd like to know if I tip when I see them?

   I usually don't tip. There is a certain level of service I expect for 250-300 dollars. If that expectation is met, then I have spent my money well. If the expectation is exceeded - and that happens rarely - then I will tip.

Some providers really go out of their way to make a session better than the competition. It may be ambience, conversation, technique. If she's goes that extra mile I will happily tip, because great experiences are what make the hobby so enjoyable.

   The best tip you can give a provider for good service is a good review or recommendation.

It's good for her (and it helps us avoid the traps.)
