I've a serious question for you guys.
What kind of penalty (fine, jail for how long?) will you get if you get arrested with escorts?
or can LE pretend as an escort and set you up?

Depends on whether or not it is your first offense Of course LE can pretend to be an escort and then bust you. If arrested, it will more than likely be a fine and a mark on your record. In San Francisco, there is John School where you can get your record removed, but it will still cost.

   This is too broad of question, and a lot of various circumstances go into what charges and penalties you may face. A lot of it will also have to do with your lawyer and how good he/she is too.

At the very least, I would expect court mandated counseling, and probation, and possibly a fine. Going to jail could always be an option also along with registering as a sex offender.

   To limit risk of getting busted, I only see providers that have at least 3 reviews from trusted reviewers. My guess is that aamps are less risky than going to massage parlors, but just a gut feeling. Curious to hear others feedback on that...

I was recently in a Latin America country where prostitution is legal. It was off-season but there was still about 15 girls working and about 3 really hot ones (place has 30 girls at peak season). Cost me $100 for a full hour of RBGFE with a 22 year old Latina knockout and NO RISK OF GETTING BUSTED. Next time would probably just do 30 minutes for fifty and then go hit another one after taking a breather.

With the economic direction the U.S. is headed I may be moving there and really look forward to not having to worry about the legal aspect of mongering!!!

The risk is minimized by staying away from streetwalkers, and only seeing reviewed providers at their incall location. If you do get busted, keep your mouth shut.

   I had a friend who got busted with this hobby last year. Since he didn't cooperate with LE by helping them do their homework answering a bunch of incriminating questions to insure a conviction the cops got pissed off and took his alarm key device to his car and started chirping it to locate where the vehicle was parked. Once the car was found it was towed away with a 30 day hold on top of having to appear in court on bullshit charges. Fortunately he hired a top notch lawyer and the case was drop but he did have to cough up 3 grand to get his car back. Gents be careful where you play and pay. Some counties take this more serious than others. L.A is one of them.

there are several threads in other forums that discuss this situation....and basically, the BEST advice for any incidences would be to keep your mouth closed at all times....wait untill you have legal counsel and representation before you talk....plead the 5th amendment at all costs!
