The reason, basically, is that it is too easy to ruin a hookers career, or a 'mongers chances of getting laid, with false accusations. And too hard for mods and owners to judge validity.*

Therefore, medical condition discussion is not permitted, and it is hoped and assumed that everyone, hookers and mongers, will take sufficient precautions to protect themselves.
