Lots of cars getting towed and people walking. Be careful people.

Not the place to be if you don't have a current drivers license. California law specifically says the car can be towed and must be held 30 days. This allows the jurisdiction to basically sell the vehicle at auction unless of course the owner forks over $40 X 40 plus the $250 or $350 tow fee plus any other admin fees they can nail on. Real quick you out so much money a great many cars are never retrieved, hence the regular DUI events.
