Last night, I drove through the Mission around 8pm. There was a cute blonde WSW, early 20s at 17th/Capp. Dressed like a civilian, jeans and a light blouse. Very nice looking, one of the best I've seen in the Mission. I circled around and she came over to my car. Opened the passenger door, and asked if I wanted a date. I told her no, but I would give her a ride. She said she was working and didn't need a ride, did I want a date. I said no, I just wanted to give her a ride and she could hop in but I didn't talk through the door. She said if I wanted I could park and talk to her on the street. Clearly didn't get it, and I reluctantly passed up on her.

I drove over to check out the lot on 17th between Shotwell and Folsom to see if there was an LE setup in there, but nothing of interest. I probably missed out on a legit nice one, but I would rather play it safe.

Wish these girls would learn to just get in the damn car.

As for Mish, I actually gave it a look around 3:00am last night. All that was out were crackheads on Mission between 12th and 30th. I didn't travel too far since I had already hit up INTY earlier in the night.

I read all the other posts here and it appears the group agrees she was probably a decoy. The kicker for me was that you could come back and talk to her without your car. Clearly she was all about getting you to talk about money for sex without getting in your car. Also the fact that she was dressed down on a very warm night when one would expect the girls to take advantage of the temp to dress hot. Sounds to me like very typical Decoy behavior.

What were you looking for in the 17th and Shotwell Lot? Usually LE has a large plain white van or a larger squareback White Truck and they park all the way in back against the wall. Both have been reported by RB dudes when observing stings in progress. One night I even followed the truck all the eway from the Funeral Parlor lot in the TL to the Shotwell Lot in the Mish so I know it is for real. There are usually several other white vans in there too so it can be hard to tell. Lately I noticed they have been running stings without either one of those. Easy in the mish where the station is only two blocks away. There was also a really hot blonde whom I did not recognise in the TL a few weeks ago at Ellis and Hyde. Another one who insisted on talking through the window which makes it an easy call to say no thank you and drive on. But, LE has lost their favorite parking lot there by the Chinse restaurant At one point, several years ago, they had even rented an apartment on ELlis half wasy between Larkin and Polk and would walk the Johns over there for the paperwork. We need to acknowledge LE's expertise in this area and not get locked in to always looking for the same thing.

If they don't feel safe with you they won't.

There have been too many girls robbed, beaten or killed by not trusting their instincts.

Each gal has their own criteria for determining "real business" from kooks, crazies, or time wasters.

You know that you're a nice guy with "semi-honorable" intentions, but they don't.
