Happy Holidays."      I know this topic - this location - is repeated here periodically, but all the posts with concrete information are pretty old now. And I've never had good luck in DC. (Well, technically, I'm 0 for 1, and one aborted attempt.) I'm looking for outcall (nice Dupont Circle hotel) FBSM+, don't mind paying for an escort as long as she can fake a decent massage.
