Don't beleive there are any forums like this one for Chitown, but there are a couple of places where they advertise.
There's also a adult paper with advertising you will find at the adult stores around town with gals and places advertising in them.
All my info is a bit old, so could be out of date.
There's a couple of mobbed up strip clubs where fun can be had. Seemed a bit hit or miss though. Very little action in Chicago itself, most of the gals work in the surrounding suburbs. I went to a couple of AAMPs in the NW suburbs of Arlington Heights and Schaumburg and did an outcall escort to my hotel room once. There's especially a lot across the state border in Indiana. The American gals all expect about a 50% premium over what you see here in the SFBA. So a $200 gal here is $300 there.
Not a great town for mongering.
